  • International shipping quotes includes UPS Expedited Air transportation & Insurance only. Recipient is responsible for paying all additional destination charges. These may include (but not limited to) duty, taxes, brokerage and any other charges added once the shipment leaves the Magnetico warehouse.
  • You must correctly follow the use, care and positioning instructions included. If you have questions, please call customer service (1.800.265.1119).
  • Guarantee is valid for six (6) months only. The minimum five month requirement must be fulfilled.
  • Return authorization must be obtained before the six months is completed.
  • A return authorization number and shipping instructions must be obtained before shipping the Sleep Pad.
  • Please include a letter outlining the reasons for returning the Sleep Pad.
  • Return authorization number is valid for thirty-days. Sleep Pad must be shipped within this time frame.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Magnetico will not accept COD shipments.
  • Keep original shipping carton and protective plastic bag until after the six-month period to accommodate the return of the Sleep Pad if required. Magnetico is unable to provide replacement shipping material.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks to process and credit refunds. A 10% restocking charge will apply on all returned items.  Shipping is not refunded.

Refunds will not be made without PRIOR authorization.

-Order Cancellations or Changes-

Orders that have been placed with us where we have not yet received payment may be updated or cancelled without issue.

Orders that we have already received payment for, but where it has yet to be picked up by the shipper, may be changed or cancelled for a refund. However all processing fees Magnetico was charged (or will incur) from cancellations or changes will be charged to the customer via deductions from the refund or additional charges.

For orders that have already been collected by the shipper, Magnetico can attempt on your behalf to cancel the order and return the product, however this is not guaranteed in any way. In cases where it is possible, Magnetico will deduct all extra costs from the refund associated with this cancellation. This will include (but is not limited to) up to the full shipping cost and all processing fees for the transaction.

Any order which has been delivered, is already out for delivery, or otherwise can’t be stopped by the shipper for any other reason, is not eligible for cancellation.

Obtaining a refund at this point requires the customer to follow our standard 6 Month Satisfaction Guarantee terms, which includes a 10% restocking fee and all shipping costs to return the product.
