Our policy is to ship your order the day after receiving it.  However, if your item is out of stock it can take 3-5 business days to manufacture.

Magnetico ships worldwide via UPS.  Shipping charges include freight and insurance only.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  Provide a full, valid street address.

If destination is outside of the US, you are responsible for all import charges, taxes & duties applicable to your country. UPS will contact you to arrange for payment. If you do not pay all fees due, and customs disposes of your order, Magnetico is not responsible and no refund will be made. In compliance with international shipping regulations, we declare the full order value on customs documentation. 

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are shipped.

If returning, you/customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Magnetico can issue electronic prepaid shipping labels if desired.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
