Our policy is to ship your order the day after receiving it. However, if an your item is out of stock it can take 3-5 business day to manufacture.
Magnetico ships worldwide via UPS
Customer pays all shipping charges.
If destination is outside of the US, you are responsible for all import charges, taxes & duties applicable to your country. UPS will contact you to arrange for payment.
If returning, you/customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Magnetico can issue electronic prepaid shipping labels if desired. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
